New clients must pay a non-refundable $30 deposit to secure an appointment time. Your deposit is applied to your balance on the day of your appointment.
If your last visit was more than 90 days ago, you're a returning client. Please note, as a returning client you may not be able to book with your previous stylist, and there may be additional charges according to the condition of your hair. A $30 deposit is also required to book in this case.
No Ma'am! Children are not allowed unless they are receiving services. Please arrange childcare prior to your appointment. Clients arriving with children will be asked to reschedule and forfeit their $30 deposit.
Seating in our studio is very limited, therefore, we ask that you don't bring friends and family to accompany you to your appointment. Your company will be asked to remain seated in the lobby.
A 24 hour notice is required for cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule within less than 24 hours of your appointment, you will be required to pay an additional $30 deposit to secure a new appointment time. If you have had a same day cancellation in the past, you will be required to pay a $30 deposit prior to booking all subsequent salon appointments.
We accept payment in cash, credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).
To ensure a quality service to all of our clients, we may need to change your scheduled services or reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time.
